Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated laboratory professional to fill a key role in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests such as hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology.
  • Handle, store, and process biological samples with precision and care.
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment, including microscopes and pipettes.
  • Record and analyze test results accurately, identifying trends and abnormalities.
  • Follow established safety and quality control protocols at all times.
  • Support senior pathologists and lab staff in diagnostic work, providing expert technical assistance.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
