We are seeking an accomplished academic to join our faculty team as a lecturer in the Department of Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver high-quality curricula for B.Sc programs, incorporating innovative teaching methods and assessments.
* Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions, ensuring effective communication with students and promoting inclusive learning environments.
* Develop and maintain lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods that meet UGC guidelines and promote student success.
* Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work, providing guidance and support to students and staff.
* Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the department.
* Engage in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum improvements, academic policies, and departmental activities that enhance student outcomes and institutional reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Master's Degree in a relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, etc.) with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).
* NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline preferred (as per UGC norms).
* 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education, with strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline.
* Effective communication and mentoring skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
