About the Position

This prestigious role supports the office of a high-level leader, providing executive assistance and lifestyle management expertise. A polished professional with a background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle management is required to fill this position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and personal/professional appointments.
  • Handle communication workflows – calls, emails, correspondence, and internal/external stakeholder coordination.
  • Organize domestic and international travel with a focus on seamless experiences (flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, hospitality).
  • Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs for strategic meetings.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the leader.
  • Maintain high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests.
  • Ensure confidentiality across all matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Luxury hospitality experience with leadership roles in top-tier hotels, airlines, or premium lifestyle/concierge services.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic priorities.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and adaptability to new systems.
  • A service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
