Accounting and Financial Management Roles

This position involves managing the accounting function with a focus on timely payment of bills, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and reimbursing employee claims.

  • We are looking for an individual who can process vendor bills efficiently and ensure that all payments are made in accordance with agreed timelines.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vigil over advances to employees and vendors, ensuring that all settlements are made as per due dates.
  • An added responsibility will be to obtain periodic confirmations and sign off on ledger balances.

Treasury Operations:

  • This role requires reviewing BRS on a periodic basis and ensuring no unidentified transactions in book or bank accounts.
  • The selected candidate will plan cash flow for the period as per internal guidelines and ensure adherence.

Statutory Compliance and Reporting:

  • The ideal candidate will ensure master maintenance with respect to TDS/GST and conduct periodic reviews.
  • They will also ensure 100% compliance with respect to TDS recovery/accounting.
  • A key responsibility will be to ensure no disallowances GST set off claimed on vendor bills.

Rent Management:

  • This position involves updating lease details in the rent module.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for effective liaisoning with the business development team/landlord/legal team regarding commercial terms and conditions.
  • Additionally, they will make timely payments of rent/cam/property tax and maintain a detailed database of each contract.
