Job Title:

Business Operations Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert support in managing operational tasks related to intercompany services, product flows, and financial reconciliations. This involves ensuring the accurate and timely booking of intercompany transactions, effective payment management, and compliance with internal controls.

This position contributes significantly to tax and external audits, playing a vital role in maintaining the integrity of intercompany financial processes.

A strong understanding of accounting principles and intercompany processes is essential for success in this role.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in accounting, particularly in intercompany or operational accounting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately book intercompany service transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong Excel skills: familiarity with automation tools or data analysis platforms is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
