We're seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our serviced apartment and temporary housing operations in India. This role will focus on building and managing a supplier network, supporting relocation clients, and driving accommodation portfolio growth across key Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage serviced apartment supplier relationships in Bangalore and major Indian cities
  • Oversee local supply chain performance, pricing, and contracting
  • Support RMC and corporate client programmes in India
  • Act as senior point of contact for India market strategy and operations
  • Provide market insight and ensure service standards meet global expectations

Requirements

  • 5–8 yrs experience in serviced apartments, corporate housing, supply chain, or relocation/global mobility
  • Strong supplier relationship and sourcing background
  • Commercial and client-facing mindset
  • Knowledge of the Indian housing/relocation market
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
