Job Description

As a property management professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of houses within our portfolio.

  1. Take ownership of designated houses, ensuring they are well-maintained and provide a best-in-class experience for both tenants and owners.
  2. Conduct periodic checks to ensure assigned houses meet quality standards.
  3. Implement strategies to minimize tenant move-outs and ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
  4. Utilize processes and tools to onboard new houses or offboard existing houses as per predefined service level agreements.
  5. Manage move-in and move-out processes for tenants, adhering to procedures and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of assigned houses.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor house conditions and address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
