Housing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housing Manager to oversee all aspects of employee housing within our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, particularly in housing-related policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Housing Policy Development: Develop and implement housing policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Housing Management: Manage all aspects of employee housing, including allocation, maintenance, and termination of housing arrangements.
  3. Application and Allocation Process: Oversee the housing application and allocation process to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with company policies.
  4. Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for housing maintenance and repairs.
  5. Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding housing-related matters, including rental agreements, lease renewals, and dispute resolution.
  6. Benefits and Incentives: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee housing benefits and incentives programs.
  7. Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of employee housing units to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
  8. Financial Management: Manage housing-related budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and accountability.
  9. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about changes in housing regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.
  10. Employee Communication: Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to housing, providing timely and effective resolution.
