We're looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our serviced apartment and temporary housing operations in India. Based in Bengaluru, this role will focus on building and managing a high-quality supplier network, supporting relocation / mobility clients, and driving the growth of our accommodation portfolio across key Indian markets.

Key focus areas

Develop and manage serviced apartment supplier relationships (Bangalore + major Indian cities)

Oversee local supply chain performance, pricing and contracting

Support RMC and corporate client programmes in India

Act as the senior point of contact for India market strategy and operations

Provide market insight and ensure service standards meet global expectations

What we're looking for

5–8 yrs experience in serviced apartments, corporate housing, supply chain or relocation/global mobility

Strong supplier relationship and sourcing background

Commercial and client-facing mindset

Knowledge of the Indian housing/relocation market

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
