Job Title: Organizational Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Organizational Management Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the organizational structure, providing information electronically, and serving as a basis for reporting audits, legal, and internal reporting.

  • Global Projects: You will be actively involved in design, transition, takeover phases, and the smooth running of OM activities in Global Projects.
  • Automation Programs: You will initiate and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
  • Process Improvements & Harmonization: You will identify, initiate, and implement process improvements through change requests, leave headers, and SMT tickets. Implement harmonization across entities.
  • Maintenance of Organizational structures, Position, Person, and Communication Master data.
  • Support on technical issues - Resolve queries related to COMPAS, HR core – Rules, Policies & Processes, data creation & maintenance, etc.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Master Data in the COMPAS system.
  • SAP updation (HR Core): Classification of Org types, Org area, Cost center update, Personnel Area/Sub area updation, Location update, Account Assignment, Info Org unit, Position maintenance, Position Movements, Role updation, Target & Disciplinary Manager mapping, Managerial Assignments, Direct/Indirect flag update.
  • Monthly inputs to Org changes Stake holders Team on Org management and Chief updates.
  • SLA adherence through timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams with stakeholders.
  • Create Queries and generate Need Based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; Post Graduate/MBA in HR (optional); MSW.

Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in SAP/Success factors.

Mandatory Skills: Experience in EC/SAP.
