The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success. This role involves understanding business needs, translating them into effective HR solutions, and ensuring that HR initiatives align with and support overall company goals.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Understand business priorities and provide HR solutions that enhance performance and growth.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster a positive work culture and manage employee relations effectively.
