We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Student Counsellor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals.

As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the university application process, providing them with accurate and clear information about various courses and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct in-depth research on universities, courses, and specializations to provide students with informed advice.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, understanding their unique needs and preferences.


• Create engaging presentations and talks to educate students about studying abroad.


• Provide expert guidance on shortlisting universities based on course rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability.


• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in our CRM system.


• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective counselling strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology).


• 1-6 years of experience in student counselling or a related field.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
