Senior Associate Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling and excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Engagement & Counseling
    • Engage with students and parents via phone, email, and in-person sessions.
    • Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
    • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.
  • Application Management
    • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions.
    • Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing.
    • Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
  • Post-Registration Support
    • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation.
    • Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families.
    • Resolve last-mile queries before departure.
  • Post-Flying Support
    • Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad.
    • Act as a liaison between students and universities.
    • Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain student records, metrics, and reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey.
