Job Description

This role focuses on driving business growth through proactive market outreach and collaboration with business leaders to expand RMSI's presence in the insurance market. The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of a centralized sales enablement strategy for the insurance sector, incorporating industry best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize sales performance.

  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy to optimize sales performance in the insurance sector.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth through market outreach and collaboration with business leaders.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and analysis within the insurance industry to provide actionable insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry consultants.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams to design targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Sales Tools & Processes: Implement and refine sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated salary based on the job requirements and industry standards)

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, business development, or go-to-market strategies within the insurance sector.
  • Expertise in conducting market research and competitive analysis specific to the insurance business.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding business targets.
Education Qualification and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, ideally combined with an MBA from a leading institution.
  • 6-12 years of relevant experience in sales enablement and business development in the insurance industry.
