Senior Financial Manager

This is a senior financial management role that involves leading the hotel's financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality finance operations, local regulatory compliance, and financial controls.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership: Lead the financial input in the formulation and implementation of the Hotel's Strategic Plan, Annual Budget, and other long-term financial planning exercises.
- Cash Flow Management: Maximize the hotel's cash flow performance through effective cost control, revenue management, and capital planning.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all revenues, expenses, and asset management.
- Ethical Business Practices: Maintain transparent and ethical relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, and financial partners.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely financial and operating reports, providing analysis, interpretations, and forward-looking projections.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CA, or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in a senior financial management role, preferably in luxury hospitality or hotel operations
- Deep understanding of hospitality finance operations, local regulatory compliance, and financial controls
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams
- Experience in working with financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools
