Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Management Leader to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in budgeting, management information systems, and financial reporting. This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow and banking relationships, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and effective deployment of surplus funds.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
