Job Title: Finance Associate

We are seeking an experienced Finance Associate to play a vital role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations, as well as support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns, and assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
Requirements:
  • Manage accounting entries and daily bookkeeping.
  • Ensure timely GST and TDS filings and support during audits.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including vendors, banks, and auditors.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and has at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive. Experience in finance/accounting services is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is beneficial.
