Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our organization in a key role that drives business growth and innovation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that impact financial services and technology.

About the Position

The Business Analyst will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery. This includes managing project initiation activities, identifying contractual obligations, client needs, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develops project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Interacts with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Resource Management: Identifies needed resources for projects, defines, and assigns major project roles.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and client or vendor subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.
Requirements
  • Technical Experience: 5-9 years of experience in creation of functional requirements based on business, client end-user needs.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with engineers on requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify business strategies, find solutions, and re-engineer processes, procedures to produce best results.
  • IVR Knowledge: Familiarity with voice components and/or contact center practices, procedures.
  • Call Flow Design: Ability to create Visio call flows, both detailed and high-level, based off user interface documentation.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on reported issues for supported contact center platforms.
