High-Quality Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional results in the Oracle HCM Cloud space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients in North America region.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and document them in detailed specifications.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing of RICE components and ensure data integrity and governance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to troubleshoot issues and resolve high-priority problems.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and configuration.
  • Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes for North America region.
  • Comprehensive understanding of US and Canada Year-End Knowledge.
  • Experience in North America taxation.
  • Proficient in SDLC and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
