Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with industry standards and regulations, and effectively implemented across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures in accordance with top industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyse and identify complexities of procedures and regulations affecting the banks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance and policy development.
  • Strong knowledge of Unified Controls Framework (UCF) / Common Controls Framework (CCF) and reporting procedures.
  • Certified compliance professional is a plus.

Requirements

  • This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
