Job Description
\This role is focused on building a community environment that fosters collaboration and growth. Key responsibilities include managing billing, conducting center tours, and gathering data on members' business objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.\
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain cleanliness of spaces.\
- Liaise with the marketing team to promote CoWrks offerings and develop targeted marketing strategies.\
- Conduct research on potential members and develop tailored marketing materials based on such research.\
- Manage member leads and coordinate with the sales team to drive auxiliary revenue streams.\
- Ensure all members have enrolled on the Cowrks App and provide support to resolve member issues.\
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new initiatives to drive results.\
- Prepare center expense reports and send requirements for procurement to respective teams in a timely manner.\
- Operate within the framework set by CoWrks and embody the company's values and ethos.\
- Promote members' offerings across Cowrks platforms.\
- Conduct walkthroughs and coordinate with the sales team to drive membership sales.\
- Implement new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and create stronger, more engaged CoWrks communities.\
- Inspect amenities and services daily and raise Facilities Tickets as needed.\
- Conceptualize and roll-out initiatives that promote CoWrks and drive business results.\
- Assist the Community Manager in building policies pertaining to guest registration, security, and building procedures.\
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Community Manager.\
- Supervise in-building events for compliance with house rules and escalate issues as they arise.\
- Continuously measure member satisfaction and strive to improve member satisfaction levels.\
- Conceptualize and execute community initiatives that build relationships between members.\
- Build a community environment conducive to collaboration and growth.\
- Introduce new members to our existing community of members.\
- Manage the CoWrks membership waiting lists.\
- Conduct research on potential members and develop tailored marketing strategies and materials.\
- Work closely with local businesses to plan engagement events and promote CoWrks.\
- Organize new member introduction brunches and mixers/socials.\
- Collaborate with the facilities team to resolve member issues related to amenities and services.\
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new initiatives to drive results.\
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve member issues related to printers, telephones, etc.\
- Conceptualize and execute events that help build relationships between members.\
- Measure member satisfaction and make recommendations to improve member satisfaction levels.\

- Work closely with the communications team to conceptualize and go-live digital/email/print communications prior to events.\
- Conceptualize and roll-out initiatives that promote CoWrks and drive business results.\
