Job Details:

Primary Skills:
  • Hands on experience in Azure cloud-based services
  • Assessing complex cloud solutions including redundancy, load balancing and fault tolerance
  • Load/chaos testing tools and process
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and eliminate Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) to improve system reliability
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure modes and their impacts
  • Mitigate strategies to enhance system resiliency
  • Audit and maintain fault-tolerant architectures using redundancy, load balancing, and automated failover
  • Load testing and chaos testing tools
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams
  • Provide best practices guidance for resiliency and reliability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • SPOF and FMEA methodologies knowledge
  • 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience focusing on resiliency and chaos engineering
  • Fault-tolerant architecture designing and maintaining
  • Observability, tracing, and telemetry tools understanding
  • Root cause analysis and incident management proficiency
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
