We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Front Desk Executive is responsible for handling inquiries, ensuring that all monetary transactions are conducted according to protocol, and maintaining accurate records.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, resolving guest problems effectively, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in hospitality or service industry
- Excellent telephone courtesy and client handling skills
- Routine operations management knowledge
- Strong client management skills
- Presentable and highly motivated
