We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team. As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
This role requires a strong technical background in Node.js and related frameworks, with experience in designing robust system architectures that prioritize scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to drive project delivery and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to guide the development process and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient applications.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and related technologies (Express.js, MongoDB, RESTful APIs).
- Proven track record of successful team management and leadership, with a focus on mentorship and guidance.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with engineering metrics (DORA, Engineering Matrix).
- Experience in building and scaling financial products is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical and business considerations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
