Lead C++ Developer Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled and experienced C++ developer to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using C++ (C++11/14/17) in a performance-critical environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and industry standards.
  • Debug and resolve complex software issues, memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and crashes.
  • Contribute to system architecture and design discussions to improve overall system reliability and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in C++ development.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency with development tools like GCC, Visual Studio, GDB, or Valgrind.
  • Experience with STL, Boost, or other relevant libraries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with network programming, sockets, or real-time systems.
  • Exposure to CMake, Jenkins, or Docker for build and deployment automation.
  • Knowledge of other languages like Python for scripting and testing.
