Software Developer - Lead


We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Developer to drive the technical direction and execution of our core platforms.

You will be a hands-on leader responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Your role will involve mentoring team members, ensuring high standards of code quality, and making key architectural decisions across the entire stack.


Team Leadership & Mentoring:
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps and delegating tasks to ensure project goals are met.

Full-Stack Technical Leadership:
  • Lead the design and implementation of both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) applications.

Code Quality & Standards:
  • Write well-designed, testable, and maintainable code for both the user interface and the backend services.
  • Conduct independent code reviews and apply appropriate Design Patterns to ensure quality and compliance.

Software Development Lifecycle:
  • Take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance, across the complete stack.

DevOps & Deployment:
  • Drive modern DevOps practices, including designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring applications are efficiently deployed and orchestrated using Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with 6-8 years of proven experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role.


Front-End:
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (2+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Back-End:
  • Expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.

Core Java:
  • In-depth knowledge of Multithreading and the Collections framework.

DevOps & Cloud:
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Communication:
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
