Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team.

The primary function of this role is to provide frontline support and resources to various departments and colleagues across the bank with everyday IT problems, issues, and requests. This includes troubleshooting technology issues related to products and applications, ensuring stakeholders are updated on progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of high-quality support and problem-solving capabilities through various communication channels to resolve specific technology issues.
  • Development of reports and dashboards to visualise key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Management of user requests including password resets, software installation, access provisioning and equipment troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, identify, and resolve systemic problems.
  • Able to triage and work individually and on a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supporting Front Office, client-facing employees remotely and in-person.
Technical Requirements
  • Experience supporting applications like Bloomberg, Eikon / Reuters Dealing, E-Speed, Tradeweb, BrokerTec, FactSet.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Registry, Roaming Profiles, SCCM, Group Policy, Hardware Drivers, Anti-malware, Hotfixes.
