Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of various private equity funds and providing in-depth analysis on fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports.

- Manage portfolio details of various private equity funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare pre-defined investor-specific quarterly reporting templates, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Analyze Private Equity Funds performance by reviewing fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Calculate fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and financial KPIs like revenue, EBITDA, net debt, and valuation/leverage multiples.
- Track operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and updates on a quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Create/update fund track records and reconcile data using cash flow notices, maintaining data integrity.
- Calculate fund multiples and IRRs using cash flows and perform fund analytics like attribution and value creation analysis, providing actionable insights.
- Reconcile portfolio-level operational data including geographical presence, headquarters, and portfolio leverage, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with teams to obtain accurate information on time and communicate status with clients, fostering strong relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Postgraduate or professional certifications like CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, or CAIA.
- Experience: 1-10 years of relevant financial services experience in management reporting, operational finance, or research.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft products like Excel, Access, and Power BI is an added advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and emphasis on producing high-quality work products.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and show initiative in enhancing processes or outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
