Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our team as a Senior Investment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Analyze investment portfolios to identify areas of improvement and optimize returns.
  • Collaborate with clients and custodians to gather data and clarify reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to drive team productivity and motivation.
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Identify and resolve issues on projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Comply with internal and client policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Train and coach new hires in automation tools, ensuring they have the skills needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in investment analysis and portfolio management.
  • Graduate degree in finance (B.com, BBA or equivalent) and progress towards CFA and CIPM certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on investment-related terminology.
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers outside of India.
  • Ability to compute returns (money weighted / time weighted) for Defined Benefit and NFP clients.
  • Familiarity with global capital markets and various asset classes and investment strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills.
