**Job Overview**
This role is responsible for the administration and maintenance of Linux systems on AWS Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Devops, with proficiency in tools such as Github and Jenkins. They will be accountable for installing and administering multiple third-party applications including Websphere, Python, Tomcat, Json, SQL Server, XML, and Database designer.
Additional responsibilities include experience with ticketing systems, ITSM methodology, remote access tools, and identifying process efficiencies to contribute to improvement.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must be open to working in a night shift environment.
- PC literacy, basic knowledge of MS office, and email skills are required.
**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- 1-2 years of business process outsourcing experience would be an advantage.
- The ideal candidate will be well-organized, flexible, disciplined, and independent, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- An understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in claims processing for life insurance policies, would be beneficial.
- Good analytical skills are also highly desirable.
