Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Conceptia Software Technologies. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our customers via email, remote sessions, and phone, addressing technical questions, providing guidance, and modeling assistance in a wide variety of applications using the SolidWorks Suite of Products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via multiple channels;
  • Escalate customer issues to the next level of technical support;
  • Conduct proactive calls to customers to understand software usage and performance;
  • Invite and follow up with customers for in-house trainings and webinars;
  • Document support activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in SolidWorks and related software applications;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong customer service skills.
