Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to assist our Director in delivering marketing programs that align with company and client goals.

This involves coordinating efforts, providing support, and driving results.

The ideal candidate will be heavily involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

Campaign Execution:

Responsibilities include managing vendors and agencies, ensuring seamless campaign delivery.

Brand Development & Lead Generation:

You will work on initiatives that build the brand while driving customer acquisition through innovative strategies.

PR Management:

Handle public relations efforts, from media releases to speaker proposals and company announcements.

Performance Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and adjust strategy accordingly.

Collaboration & Ideation:

Work closely with internal teams and external clients to brainstorm and implement successful campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or advertising is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Campaign & Promotion Development: Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher Education: A Master's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current market trends and established contacts in media and marketing would be beneficial.
