Job Title: Master Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the governance of master data across our SAP S/4 HANA system. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Master Data Governance and the ability to integrate it seamlessly with other systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor batch jobs related to master data in SAP, ensuring timely execution and minimizing downtime.
  • Expertly integrate SAP with other systems, guaranteeing accurate and efficient data exchange.
  • Grant access to new employees and add new roles to existing employees, streamlining user management.
  • Resolve user issues promptly, providing effective solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage change sets accurately, ensuring updates are implemented efficiently and without disrupting business operations.
  • Craft and disseminate tax calculations, reports, and standard documents, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Monitor transactional jobs, posting expense reports manually as needed to ensure seamless financial processing.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of creating expense reports and pre-approvals, optimizing business processes.
  • Administer approval workflows, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and minimal administrative burden.
  • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing tool to manage SLA adherence, driving business performance.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance and its integration with other systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing tool and its applications in workflow management.
  • Experience with Chrome River and its integration with SAP.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
