Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. This includes designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure product quality through functional, regression, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual test cases, scenarios, and plans.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, cross-browser & mobile testing.
  • Collaborate with developers & product team for defect tracking & resolution.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts using Selenium/Playwright.
  • Execute API testing using Postman/Rest Assured.
  • Validate data using SQL queries.
  • Share test reports & quality metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC & test design techniques.
  • Hands-on manual testing (web & mobile) with good defect reporting skills.
  • Exposure to automation (Selenium/Playwright).
  • Tools: Postman, Appium, SQL, bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Desirable Skills:

  • BDD (Cucumber), JMeter.
  • CI/CD awareness (Jenkins/Azure DevOps).
Education Background

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
