We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Career Development Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of corporate engagement opportunities, including securing distinguished guest speakers, sourcing live projects, and establishing robust mentorship programs. They will lead all aspects of the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and managing the end-to-end placement process to ensure successful outcomes that meet the highest standards of professional excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A visionary professional with significant experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within the higher education sector or a related field.
  • Possesses a strong, existing network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
  • Deep understanding of the business landscape and the talent needs of modern corporations.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Business development, sales, or relevant role.
