Your expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will enable you to efficiently manage client interactions, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure seamless communication across departments.You will be responsible for:
  • Managing a high volume of leads assigned to you, ensuring timely follow-up and regular updates to stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their goals
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to provide financial assistance and comfort to clients during the home buying process, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and reducing sanction TAT and disbursal TAT by effectively communicating with financial institutions, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Achieving sales targets and expanding in-house penetration through strategic planning, market research, and data analysis
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Proven experience in CRM software, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Candidates with back-office customer service experience in banks or similar industries are highly preferred
