Warehouse Operations Specialist

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our organization and utilize your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to support business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for the application. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application and experience in working with ITSM, ITIL, and agile methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert business requirements into development and maintenance plans respecting global IT strategy and policies
  • Collaborate with other application specialists to ensure consistent solutions and long-term data governance
  • Stay updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes
  • Contribute to development and maintenance plans, IT architecture, and design rules
  • Introduce new functionality and propose changes to drive business efficiency
  • Follow up on quality, performance, and cost efficiency of the application
  • Document and maintain records of business requirements and implementation
  • Provide second- and third-line support, end-user training, and user manuals
  • Drive testing and lead work on compliance to policies, laws, and regulations

Mandates:

  • Propose and define development and maintenance plans in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Define implementation of changes and data architecture for the application
  • Approve test protocols
