Job Title: Financial Analyst

Acuity is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who has strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills to join its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supporting clients across various industries including Consumer, IT/BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services.">
  • Preparing financial analysis including trading/transaction comparable, operational/financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.">
  • Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company-focused discussion documents related to various industries.">
  • Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction.">
  • Conducting quality control checks of outgoing reports/packs.">
  • Engaging clients independently on calls and e-mails.">
  • Other responsibilities include scoping new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products, producing high-quality informative and visually appealing presentations and decks, demonstrating strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.">

Required Background:

  • ">
  • MBA/CFA/CA.">
  • 2-8 years of experience in the Investment Banking space.">
  • Experience working Investment Banking projects.">
  • Detailed financial analysis with knowledge/experience working on financial statements, target identification, trading and transaction comp, benchmarking, ratio analysis, pitch book/IM support, and company profiles.">
  • Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries.">
  • Bespoke ability to work independently with minimal guidance and support.">
  • Prior experience handling clients directly through calls/mails.">
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.">
  • Well-versed with MS Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
  • Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.">
