Financial Analyst Role

About the Job:

  • We are seeking a skilled financial analyst to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of finance and be able to analyze complex data sets.
  • This role involves working closely with various teams across the USA, collaborating on financial projects, and providing expert analysis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and achieve set goals for the firm by analyzing financial data and making strategic recommendations.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial and strategic analysis, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and delivering management reports.
  3. Develop new reporting capabilities like dashboards and handle financial control, analyzing business metrics.
  4. Advise line of business CFOs on enhancing profitability and efficiency.
  5. Analyze and reconcile data, prepare reports, and streamline processes through automation.
  6. Contribute to developing business procedure recommendations and maintaining financial systems.

Requirements:

  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) certification.
  • Expertise in Excel and working knowledge in MS Access and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in finance domain.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of execution against deliverables.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.
  • Experience in corporate business finance, management reporting, and similar environments.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Curious, energetic, and highly proactive nature.
