Key Accounts Manager - Quick Commerce

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Accounts Manager to drive and manage partnerships with leading quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling operations, listings, performance, and relationships with platforms like Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Management:
        Manage daily operations and business relationships with quick commerce partners.
        Ensure seamless onboarding, listing, pricing, and catalog accuracy across platforms.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
        Drive sales targets, monitor product performance, and identify growth opportunities across accounts.
        Collaborate with internal and external teams to increase product visibility and conversions.
  • Promotions & Campaigns:
        Plan and execute platform promotions, festive campaigns, and brand days in collaboration with partner teams.
        Track ROI of promotional activities and optimize for performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
        Analyze platform performance metrics like fill rate, stock-outs, order cancellations, etc.
        Share regular reports and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
        Coordinate with supply chain, category, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and stock availability.
        Maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and vendor support teams.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience with minimum 1 year of experience managing accounts or categories in quick commerce (Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, etc.) is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A good understanding of quick commerce dynamics and e-commerce operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
  • A graduate or postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
