Job Title: Information Technology Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to our employees across various sites. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely operational and technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing prompt resolutions to problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of computer systems and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide expert-level technical support to employees, including desktop hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of procedures, processes, and knowledge base articles to support users.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure network asset security and compliance.
  • Manage deployment and rollout of software and hardware, and maintain an inventory of company assets.
  • On-board new employees with company orientation, training, and technical assistance as needed.
  • Assist in deploying desktop PCs and peripherals, and respond to daily voice mail and email inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in desktop and/or help desk support.
  • Prior work experience with current standard desktop software (Microsoft Office, Windows).
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working with international clients in various regions.
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills, SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Experience with desktop or help desk support is an asset.
