Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Quality Assurance and Automation teams for large-scale e-commerce projects. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications, oversee quality assurance processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations, and perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira (or similar tools).
  • Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI).
  • Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership, and strong Magento expertise. They must have a proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing.

  • Strong Magento expertise (or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases).
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Automation: Selenium
    • Performance Testing: JMeter
    • Cross-Browser Testing: BrowserStack (or similar)
    • API Testing: Postman
    • Test Management: Jira
    • Mobile/WMS Testing: iOS & Android
Preferred Skills

While not required, experience with NetSuite-related testing, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization would be beneficial.
