Business Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations at Chhabria & Sons. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage active calendars for key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and meeting scheduling.
- Email Management: Check and report emails in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Sku Creation: Create and modify SKU's as per business requirements, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Financial Reporting: Generate finance-related reports in Excel using ERP, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
- Proficient in Office 365.
