Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects.

Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making.

Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for business executives.

Track and maintain budgets, invoices, and financial documentation.

Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.

Support business development initiatives by conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Handle client and stakeholder communication professionally.

Assist in policy implementation and compliance tracking.

Perform other administrative and business support tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a coordination or administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business software.

Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
