Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth at Yali Aerospace. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, editing videos, improving social media engagement, and implementing innovative strategies to increase followers and connect with our audience.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, SEM) to reach our target audience and drive business results.
  • Create and edit high-quality content for blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, and maintain a positive brand image, ensuring we provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Produce and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns and social media, leveraging video production tools and software to create visually appealing content.
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve digital marketing performance, analyzing campaign data and metrics to inform future decisions and optimize results.
  • Work independently to manage tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines, utilizing project management tools and techniques to stay organized and focused.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools), with a proven track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and email marketing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
