Key Responsibilities
  • Establish credibility with executives, demonstrating strong executive bonding capabilities.
  • Leverage political forces within organizations to capitalize on opportunities effectively.
  • Create value by identifying, tracking, and measuring customer business value to generate demand for products and services.
  • Maximize competitive advantage by differentiating solutions from competitors' offerings ethically.
  • Optimize internal and external resources to ensure sales and business success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IT Infrastructure Management Services and stay up-to-date with IT services trends.
  • Understand the CMS Services space and leverage regional connections with accounts and their CIOs.
  • Analyze the impact of SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud) on client engagement and service delivery models.
  • Articulate differentiated positions of established Tier I and Tier II IT System Integrators.
  • Achieve annual targets exceeding Rs. 6 crore in Services and 9 crore in product renewals, aligned with gross margin norms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional business acumen and relationship adeptness.
  • Strong regional connect with accounts and their CIOs.
  • Ability to think innovatively and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of competitive differentiation strategies.
  • Analytical skills to understand reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, and top denial reasons.
