We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our family services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a lasting impact on the lives of our clients.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Understand customer needs, explain how we can help, and onboard them seamlessly onto our ecosystem of services.
  • Solution Deployment: Define interventions, deploy trained domestic helps, supervise their work, and assign errands to operations associates.
  • Partner Management: Work with central partners, onboard local quality partners, oversee partner performance, and provide valuable feedback.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Engage in deeper dialogues, educate customers, adopt new services, and determine satisfaction levels.
  • Service Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, iterate solution design, resolve complaints, and raise issues with relevant teams.

  • A candidate with hospitality background or event management experience.
  • Someone passionate about our cause, excited about working in a start-up, self-motivated, and loves taking initiative.
  • A growth mindset, focused on improving business outcomes, able to hustle, and willing to get hands dirty.
  • Excellent team player, able to multitask, handle pressure, and failure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality.
