Job Title
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end credit and operations, ensuring thorough knowledge of credit policy and process.
  • Supervise loan application login, ensuring all documents are in place as per policy guidelines, including KYC verification.
  • Monitor gating rejections in line with credit policy and closely examine login quality.
  • Timely initiate internal reports and checks as mandated by credit policy.
  • Oversee CAM preparation, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission to credit approvers.
  • Conduct final review of loan files before disbursement, verifying compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review disbursement dockets and hand them over to the Operations team for payment processing.
  • Identify process gaps to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage and resolve queries from Hind-Sighting Team and Internal Audit, implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Work on Loan Origination System (LOS) and Finnone for loan processing.
  • Strong familiarity with SFDC and MS-Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Support digital initiatives to streamline credit-operations processes.
  • Lead a team of Credit Processing Associates (CPAs) across branches in assigned regions.
  • Regularly upskill CPAs to improve process knowledge and efficiency.
