**Job Title:** Content Developer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced content developer to create high-quality training materials for finance programs that meet industry trends and client needs.

  • Develop content for Financial & Business Skills programs
  • Create assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintain and update a repository of created content
  • Review content from team members and freelance developers
  • Support the design and creation of client proposals and training outlines

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with graphic designers to format content in required templates
  • Organizing meetings and delivering 'train the trainer' sessions
  • Facilitating client support activities through timely communication
  • Supporting other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
