Job Opportunity: Workday Expenses Expert

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Workday Expenses module and be able to configure policies, resolve technical issues, test new features, and build reports.

The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can make a real impact in their organization and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Expense policies and resolve technical issues
  • Test and implement new features in Workday Expenses
  • Buildd dashboards and reports to support business needs
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to improve Workday usage
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and recommend adoption strategies
  • Participate in regression testing, unit testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Studio and Extend
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver Workday implementations
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB
  • Proven functional expertise in Workday Expenses module
  • Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development
  • Ability to customize Expense and expand expertise to encompass new areas of expense management
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
